We use Royal Mail as our delivery service and although 99.9% of the time they are reliable sometimes things can go wrong so this is the procedure to ensure your order is found and delivered as soon as possible.
When using Tracked 24 despite the name it can take up to 3 days to be delivered and Tracked 48 can take up to 5 days. If your order is not with you on the day it is due to be delivered, please check the tracking, this will often give you a good indication as to where your order is. Your tracking would have been sent to you via email once the parcel has been dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 3 days for Tracked 24 or 5 days for Tracked 48 please email us at email@example.com, its important you include your order number and address in the email. Once received we will contact Royal Mail and look into this further. If Royal Mail are unable to answer our enquiry immediately an investigation will be raised and as soon as we hear back from Royal Mail, we will email you to let you know the outcome.
If parcels have been misplaced replacements will be dispatched.
