Missing Orders

We use Royal mail as our delivery service and although 99.9% of the time they are reliable sometimes things can go wrong so this is the procedure to ensure your order is found and delivered as soon as possible.

We aim to get orders out the same day, once we have processed them its normally next day delivery however when using tracked 24 despite the name it can take up to 3 days to be delivered, if your order is not with you next day please check the tracking, this will often give you a good indication as to where your order is. (Your tracking would have been sent to you via email once the shipping label has been printed) please then contact Royal mail and they will be able to update you, sometimes they are very unhelpful and will direct you back to us, this is frustrating for us as we cant really give you any more information we will however contact royal mail and see what they have to say.

OK so its been 3 days and my order has not arrived, what can I do?

Please email us at [email protected], its important you include your order number, address and what you ordered in the email.
Once we receive this we will chase it up and reship your order that day, we will also let you know that we received the email and that we have sent it.

Although far from ideal we hope this will help those missing orders get their orders faster.
