When using Royal Mail Tracked 24, parcels can take up to 3 working days to be delivered and with Royal Mail Tracked 48 it can take up to 5 working days for parcels to be delivered.  If your order is not with you on the day it is due to be delivered, please check the tracking, this will often give you a good indication as to where your order is.  You would have received your tracking reference via email on the day your order was dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 5 days, please email us at info@cbdbrothers.com and include your order number and address in the email.  Alternatively, call us on 01359 242589.  Lines are open Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30pm. Once received we will contact Royal Mail and look into this further.  If Royal Mail are unable to answer our enquiry immediately an investigation will be raised and as soon as we hear back from Royal Mail, we will email you to let you know the outcome.

For parcels delivered damaged please email info@cbdbrothers.com letting us know the date the parcel was delivered and photos of your parcel, including the Royal Mail damaged bag if it was delivered in this bag and a replacement will be dispatched.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or in the event that your order was undelivered through no fault of our own.

International orders are sent via Royal Mails International Tracked and Signed service.  Deliveries can take between 3 to 21 days depending on customs processing time in the receiving countries which includes obtaining payment of importation tax before parcel is released to delivery company.
