Trial Sizes

Many of the products we offer come in trial sizes, which is often where your CBD journey begins.

Which product will work best for me?

We are strictly prohibited from offering any advice because the government does not acknowledge the medicinal potential of cannabis.  If we do, the MHRA and other organisations might interpret this as marketing our oil as medicine, which is against the law.

Do you test your CBD?

We pride ourselves on high-precision analytics. With the ever-changing UK and EU regulations, it is essential that you can obtain fast pace results you can trust.

We use state-of-the-art Agilent technology to ensure quantitative results of the highest accuracy with a quick turnaround time. We have the ability and methodologies to test any product containing cannabinoids. Currently testing for 10 cannabinoids (CBD-A, CBD, CBDV, CBG, CBG-A, THC-A, THC, THCV, CBN and CBC), and can also provide personalised certificates of analysis. This gives you the ability to prove traceable analytics and have a detailed record of the parameters of your product which is vital in the current CBD market.

Our results are regularly compared against an ISO-accredited laboratory to ensure the reliability of the results and method validation. We are also in the process of working towards ISO accreditation and constantly innovating to stay up to date with developing knowledge from peer-reviewed science.

Bottle lid keeps coming undone

Because of the nature of the product, if the oil gets onto the bottle’s thread, this could act as a lubricant and cause the top of the bottle to undo.  We advise that you clean the thread thoroughly on the bottle and the lid to prevent this from happening.  Also, once opened, the bottle must always be stored upright.

How do I store the oil?

Please ensure that the oil is always kept upright, in a cool dark place when not in use.

Can I travel with this oil?

Due to the nature of the product, some countries’ border forces may consider it to be cannabis oil and, as such seize the product and or you, so we advise against it.

My parcel is damaged

Please email photos of the outside and inside of the parcel along with a photo of the plastic damaged bag which Royal Mail have placed your parcel into.

Can I take CBD while pregnant?

The FSA guidelines advise consumers not to take CBD when pregnant or breastfeeding.

I have allergies

The ingredients in our products vary from product to product, please read the label to ensure you’re not buying something that may cause a reaction. Some of our products do contain nut oil, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination of nut oil with our other products which may have been made at the same location.

We are not medically trained; we are not pharmaceutically trained, and we have no qualifications that allow us to offer you any medical advice.

We are experts in cannabis and will do what we can to help to promote people’s well-being. But all our knowledge is based on experience and from helping ourselves and our family.

Drug testing

Please be aware that some of our products do contain trace amounts of THC, which means they can test positive in a workplace or roadside drug test. 

It should be clear from a urine or blood test that there are high levels of CBD rather than THC, but this depends on the calibre of the testing equipment used.  If you believe this might in any way affect your ability to pass a drug test or jeopardise your employment, you should either talk to your employer about it or stop using the products.

Medicine interaction

The FSA have advised that consumers who take prescribed medication should not take CBD without discussing this with a medical practitioner.

Please allow 2 hours between taking pharmaceutical medication and our CBD products.

How much should I take?

It is difficult to give guidance because of how people interact with the extracts, so we typically advise that people start slowly and build up over time. 

Oil: Use two to three drops sublingually for ten to fourteen days, then add one more drop until you reach the right dosage for you.

Capsules: Start with a 50mg dose and increase if needed after 5 days.

Whole Plant Extract (Paste): We advise using one rice grain sized amount and rubbing it into your gums to allow the cannabinoids to be absorbed into the body.
