When using Royal Mail Tracked 24 it can take up to 3 working days to be delivered and Royal Mail Tracked 48 can take up to 5 working days. If your order is not with you on the day it is due to be delivered, please check the tracking, this will often give you a good indication as to where your order is. Your tracking would have been sent to you via email once the parcel has been dispatched.

International orders are sent via Royal Mails International Tracked and Signed service. Deliveries can take between 3 to 21 days depending on customs processing time in the receiving countries which includes obtaining payment of importation tax before parcel is released to delivery company.
