Lady’s Mantle – Traditionally used for all manner of women’s complaints. Lady’s Mantle tones tissues and reduces inflammation.
Vervain – A tonic to the nervous system. Vervain can reduce anxiety and improve mood.
Red Clover – Traditionally used to support the lymphatic system, Red Clover also contains compounds which help support healthy hormone levels.
Rose Petals– With particular affinity for the female reproductive organs and the liver, rose is cooling, calming and uplifting.
Bag contains 50g of tea. If using 1 teaspoon, approximately 2g, per cup you will have 25 cups from the 50g.

Dosage
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup depending on taste.
Usage
- Boil the kettle and leave for 1 minute to cool slightly.
- Put 1 teaspoon per cup of herbal tea into a loose leaf strainer and place into a cup.
- Pour over the water from the kettle and leave for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy with some honey!
