Reseller accounts are only available for Shop Retail Premises, Websites & Sole Traders

1. How to Place an Order
1.1. When you have been accepted as a CBD Brothers reseller you will need to create an account on the website and place your order adding the discount code that you have been allocated.

2. Payment
2.1. Payments are required for items at the time of ordering via card payment by Mastercard or Visa only.

3. Pricing
3.1. All prices can be found on the CBD Brothers website,
3.2. Any costs included will be clearly stated.
3.3. All prices and information present on the CBD Brothers website, and any literature derived from it, has been compiled with the greatest of care. However, CBD Brothers does not guarantee all information is accurate or current.
3.4. No information supplied by CBD Brothers should be taken as advice or medical knowledge, it is for general purposes only. Any decision made based solely on the information on this website is done at your own risk. Furthermore, our products are not sold to cure or assist any medical conditions.
3.5. CBD Brothers reserves the right to modify prices without a period of notice.
3.6. Prices shown on product pages are the full RRP, once added to basket and the reseller discount code has been applied you will be charged the discounted amount.

4. Discount Codes
4.1. The Reseller discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount issued by CBD Brothers.
4.2. Reseller discount codes can only be used on orders placed over the minimum order amount for the allocated tier.
4.3. All reseller accounts will be assessed every 6 months if the reseller is falling behind target, they will be made aware at this point and monitored. If resellers do not meet the required annual spend a meeting will be arranged to discuss the options available including moving to a different tier. Resellers on tier 1 who do not meet target may have their code deactivated.
4.4. Discounts cannot be used against products in the Make Your Own and Bundles categories and chocolate bars in the CBD Edibles category.

5. RRP
5.1. Products or goods purchased from CBD Brothers shall only be sold at the retail prices shown on the CBD Brothers website.
5.2. In the event the Reseller chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, permission for special sale events must be requested in writing prior to the sale via email to

6.1. You will receive an invoice in your order for your records. If you do not receive an invoice, please email us at

7. Refund Policy
7.1. All refunds are subject to CBD Brother’s discretion.
7.2. We are only able to offer refunds on unopened items, within 14 days of delivery.
7.3. We are unable to offer refunds on our Whole Plant Extracts/Paste and Purple Plus Edition as we are unable to provide tamper-proof seals for the packaging.
7.4. If products are damaged or defective there is a full warranty period of 30 days

8. Currencies
8.1. All products are priced in GBP.

9. Billing Information
9.1. Payment must be received from the customer before any goods are dispatched.
9.2. CBD Brothers reserves the right to select and modify acceptable payment methods.
9.3. CBD Brothers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.
9.4. The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant.
9.5. CBD Brothers is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information.
9.6. In the event that the Customer’s order or service is cancelled, limited or halted, CBD Brothers will endeavour within reasonable limits to contact the customer to explain the situation.

10. Conditions of Use
10.1. Products sold by CBD Brothers may cause sedation or stimulation. Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking these products.
10.2. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
10.3. Products sold by CBD Brothers may conflict with your prescription medications. CBD Brothers does not recommend combining our CBD products with prescription medications until you are sure there will be no conflict. CBD Brothers cannot be held accountable should a medication conflict occur.
10.4. Always, consult your doctor before taking any new product.
10.5. The recommended dosage refers to adults only. For children, the dose needs to be significantly lower. Please do not start your child on the adult dose.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1. Resellers will require written permission from CBD Brothers to use any of our branding, including logo and images.

All of the content on our website – including text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, posts, news stories, and general artwork is owned by CBD Brothers is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws. CBD Brothers reserves all rights not expressly described in these Terms.

12. Security
12.1. CBD Brothers uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on the checkout pages – this is to protect your personal details, including your physical address and email address.

13. Delivery Policy
13.1. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 recorded delivery service where a signature is required on delivery. The expected delivery time for mainland UK is 2-3 days and Channel Islands (excluding Guernsey) is 3 to 21 days.
13.2. International orders are sent by airmail using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. The expected delivery time is 3 – 21 days.
13.3. Items are shipped on the following days:
Monday – Friday, except bank holidays and the week between Christmas and new year.
13.4. CBD Brothers does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems.
13.5. CBD Brothers does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly, but local couriers determine delivery time.
13.6. CBD Brothers will bear no responsibility for losses incurred to the buyer when shipping overseas whether this is caused by the failure of their purchase to arrive because of local postal services issues or seizure by Customs officials of the destination country. The company will not be liable for any importation duties/taxes that are incurred. Furthermore, it is incumbent upon the buyer and/or their customer to understand and obey the legislation regarding importing what may be considered to be a ‘controlled substance’ to their home country/state.

14. Products and Services
14.1. CBD Brothers reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any given time without any liability to the customer, or any third party.
14.2. CBD Brothers cannot be held accountable for any variation in the colour, smell, taste or flavour of our products. CBD Brothers whole plant extract is a natural product and is therefore subject to natural variations.
14.3. CBD Brothers reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.

15. Complaints
15.1. Any complaints submitted to CBD Brothers will be answered within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, CBD Brothers will answer within 14 days an acknowledgement and an indication when the reseller will receive a more detailed answer.
