Good quality and speedy delivery

Good quality and speedy delivery. I use it especially when I have pain and swelling in my finger joints and find the swelling and pain quickly goes and the time until the next flare up is longer so seems to be help that’s. When I’m stressed occasionally and my mind won’t settle especially at night I find the oil or capsule help to calm me and I’m able to get back into a routine again.
