Helpful & considerate

I recently contacted the company to ask about a particular product I’d bought from them previously that no longer seemed to be available. (ninja balm) My query was answered promptly and with consideration, explaining that the product I sought was made by someone else, and *here’s a link to them*. I appreciated that very much, since they have a balm of their own now. They could so easily have said, ‘sorry we don’t stock that anymore’ and left it there, but no!
I was able to buy the balm I was used to, and tried some of their own as well. I find I prefer the CBD brothers balm, but my husband prefers the other.
Added to that same day despatch & prompt delivery, and it’s a winning combination.
