The product seemed great but not suitable for me
The product seemed great and did seem to improve my sleep quite significantly. However, it seemed to have also exacerbated my reflux causing throat issues. It took me a few weeks to realise what was causing it but after a bit of looking into it, it seems this can happen due to relaxing the muscles in the oesophagus etc. I’m really disappointed I have to stop using it as it definitely did relax me and helped me sleep, unfortunately it relaxed things I didn’t want relaxed too!
