Chamomile – Chamomile stabilises and supports cells that release histamine in response to allergens, reducing their reactivity.  It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions.

Plantain – Containing antioxidant compounds that reduce inflammation and reduces allergic reactions.  Plantain also soothes an supports mucous membranes.

Red Clover – Supportive to the lymphatic system which helps cleanse and heal skin.  Red Clover also loosens and expels mucous.

This product is not designed to be taken in conjunction with hormone replacement therapy.  Please consult your doctor before taking this product if you are already taking HRT.

Ingredients

  • Nettle Leaf – 15g
  • Elderflower – 10g
  • Chamomile – 10g
  • Plantain – 7.5g
  • Red Clover – 7.5g

Dosage

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup depending on taste.

Usage

  1. Boil the kettle and leave for 1 minute to cool slightly.
  2. Put 1 teaspoon per cup of herbal tea into a loose leaf strainer and place into a cup.
  3. Pour over the water from the kettle and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy with some honey!
