Cleavers – Traditionally a lymphatic herb, Cleavers also has tissue toning and anti-inflammatory properties.

Doseage
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup depending on taste.
Usage
- Boil the kettle and leave for 1 minute to cool slightly.
- Put 1 teaspoon per cup of herbal tea into a loose leaf strainer and place into a cup.
- Pour over the water from the kettle and leave for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy with some honey!
